Diaphragm metering pump uses special designed and processed flexible diaphragm instead of piston to realize reciprocating motion under the action of driving mechanism, completing the process of suction and discharge. Due to the isolation function of diaphragm, the electric diaphragm pump realizes the isolation between the metered fluid and the driving lubrication mechanism in structure. The high-tech structural design and the selection of new materials have greatly improved the service life of the diaphragm. Combined with the excellent corrosion resistance of composite materials, the diaphragm metering pump has become the main pump type in the application of fluid metering.

Mechanical diaphragm metering pump is mainly reciprocating metering pump. According to the number of cylinders, it can be divided into single cylinder, double cylinder, three cylinder and other types.

The pump can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, textile, food, paper, atomic energy technology, power plant, plastics, pharmaceutical, water plant, environmental protection and other industrial and technological departments. It is used to accurately and quantitatively transport liquid without solid particles to pressurized or atmospheric pressure vessels and pipelines. Its flow can be adjusted steplessly from 0-100% when starting (or fixed). (according to the characteristics of the metering pump, the minimum stroke is generally no less than 10% of the total stroke). The single cylinder pump is suitable for single liquid occasions; the double cylinder pump can be used as the proportional pump or in parallel; the three cylinder pump can be used as the three proportional pump or the three cylinder parallel connection, so as to achieve a larger displacement and increase the liquid The pulse frequency makes the liquid continuously and smoothly added; the six cylinder pump can achieve twice the effect of the three cylinder pump.

The pump can transport temperature - 30 ℃ - 80 ℃, viscosity 0.3-1000mm2 / s, without solid particles and other corrosive or non corrosive liquid media.

Different types of metering pumps can be equipped with variable frequency motor (able to receive 4-20mA current signal) or explosion-proof motor according to the requirements.
