The self-priming centrifugal pump adopts the structure of axial return liquid. The pump body is composed of suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, vortex chamber, liquid return hole and gas-liquid separation chamber. The bearing of pump adopts single row radial ball bearing. A cooling chamber is arranged at the bottom of the bearing body of the pump, and a sealing ring is arranged in the high and low pressure sections of the pump. The shaft end adopts mechanical seal.

A bottom valve is installed at the bottom of the suction pipe of self-priming centrifugal pump. More water is needed to cover the whole suction pipeline before starting. The bottom valve often breaks down due to the inclusion of impurities or the sealing is not tight. It sometimes takes a lot of labor to eliminate these faults, especially in winter. The suction inlet of self-priming centrifugal pump is generally higher than that of impeller. As long as water is injected into the pump body, it can be started without the above defects. The use of self-priming pump is very convenient for the occasion of active drainage and irrigation, mobile work, frequent start-up and water injection problems.
