The impeller designed with new non clogging theory has wide flow channel, smooth flow, easy passage of dirt and high efficiency. All impellers are corrected by dynamic and static balance, which greatly reduces vibration and noise, runs smoothly and has long service life.

■ mechanical seal

The function of mechanical seal is to prevent the pumping medium from contacting with the motor. The double mechanical seal works independently in series to provide double protection for the motor.

■ leak detector

The leakage detector is installed in the oil chamber to detect the turbid leakage caused by poor sealing or mechanical seal damage (< 15kw is selected and equipped, > 15kw)

The overheat protector is installed in the bearing. When the bearing temperature rises to the cut-off temperature, the protector will cut off the power supply automatically to protect the bearing (non-standard equipment, ≥ 18.5kw can be optional).

■ water cooled jacket (optional)

When the pump works, the pressure in the pump cavity makes the liquid continuously enter the space between the water-cooled jacket and the motor shell to take away the heat generated by the motor, so as to ensure the normal operation of the pump at low water level (> 18.5kw optional).
